OUR PROCESS

DESIGN A HOME

PHASE 1 : PLAN DISCOVERY AND SCOPE OF PROJECT

In this meeting we get an understanding of your project. We discuss the size of home, features, location, and price point. We also show you the different house plan options.

While in this phase you will start talking to a bank lender to start the construction loan process.

PHASE 2: PLAN DESIGN

Determine house plan and building site location. Once you find a home design, we customize the plan to your exact specifications. You can move the walls, add that bar in the basement you’ve always wanted or the gourmet kitchen of your dreams. We are here to build your dream home, not another one of our plans where everything is an upgrade. In this meeting you will also select your home site location and meet your design specialist.

PHASE 3

Now that you have selected your building site and designed your plan. We need two weeks to price your home. We are a unique homebuilder, in that; we price every project because each one is unique.

PHASE 4

Signing day! You will have your specifications, blue print, and land all in a nice package. It is important that you understand everything you are getting, so we review everything down to the finest detail.

PHASE 5

You are introduced to Michael our construction supervisor. You will have a selection person where she will help you through the selection process.

PHASE 6

Depending on the size and detail of your home it will usually takes between 5 and 11 months to complete (we will give you a date of completion when signing) at close you will do what we call a “Walk Through” and this is the opportunity to walk thorough your home to make sure everything is correct and up to your standards.
